I took my vehicle in because of a recall issue. The vehicle was checked and shown not to have the problem for the recall issue. While I was there the service manager suggested that we have the vehicle service for an oil change and filter because of the mileage on the present oil so we would not need to return in a short period of time just for the oil and filter change. I was looking for a 2013 Buick La Crosse with a particular set of options. When I went to test drive the car there were no red cars in sight but Abed really helped me understand how all the options worked and I learned a lot. Then Abed disappeared a minute and came back saying he found that a red La Crosse had just come in. In minutes he had it brought around and we saw that not only was it red, it was like I had ordered it for myself. His extra effort put me in the car I own today. Brought in 1010 Buick Losse...engine light on. Turned out to be the catalytic converter (nothing to do with Penske Buick, but for GM, absurd at only 19,000 miles; and of the opinion that mileage should be added to the warrantee). The work was done under warrantee.
