PENSKE BUICK GMC Of Cerritos did an outstanding job. They repaired my 2012 Enclave and now is running the way it should be. Excellent service and would like to point out that Albert Valencia gave my father excellent customer service as well. He took care of the car and took his time to inspect and make sure the car was fixed to the proper way it should. He assured my father that everything would be taken care of and it was. I will always take my Buick Enclave here and will continue to trust Penske of Cerritos for there outstanding service. Thank You Albert Valencia and the Penske team for your service.

I took my vehicle in because of a recall...

I took my vehicle in because of a recall issue. The vehicle was checked and shown not to have the problem for the recall issue. While I was there the service manager suggested that we have the vehicle service for an oil change and filter because of the mileage on the present oil so we would not need to return in a short period of time just for the oil and filter change.

I was looking for a 2013 Buick La Crosse...

I was looking for a 2013 Buick La Crosse with a particular set of options. When I went to test drive the car there were no red cars in sight but Abed really helped me understand how all the options worked and I learned a lot. Then Abed disappeared a minute and came back saying he found that a red La Crosse had just come in. In minutes he had it brought around and we saw that not only was it red, it was like I had ordered it for myself. His extra effort put me in the car I own today. I love the ride my new La Crosse gives me and I really appreciate working with Abed to put me in my new car!

I took in my 09 Sierra. I needed the motor...

I took in my 09 Sierra. I needed the motor mount replaced and had a leak in the oil pan. I was very relieved when I was informed that my truck was stilll covered under the PowerTrain warranty. Albert and the rest of the staff took care of everything and finished the work much faster than was expected!

I brought in a 2012 GMC Terrain to get a fog light replaced coveree by warranty. I was offered a rental while the replacement had to be installed which I was very happy to get, its so hard to leave your car andnot have another car to drive or take off work in order to get your vehicle repaired. I am completely satisfied with my experience.

Brought in 1010 Buick Losse...engine light...

Brought in 1010 Buick Losse...engine light on. Turned out to be the catalytic converter (nothing to do with Penske Buick, but for GM, absurd at only 19,000 miles; and of the opinion that mileage should be added to the warrantee). The work was done under warrantee. Service Agent was Mike Bower who was accommodating, helpful, and informative and did all that he said he was going to do throughout the process...very much apprecuated.
