We previously leased an Acadia from Thomas Woolsey and were very pleased with his knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism, consequently, returned to see Thomas for our next lease. He did not disappoint us. Again, he went out of his way to meet our requirements for our new auto. Thomas has a great attitude and made sure we had all our questions answered. He has great customer service.

I scheduled an appt with my 2011 Lucerne...
I scheduled an appt with my 2011 Lucerne for an oil change. Due to the distance from my home this is the first service visit to Penske; my local mechanic did the previous service. I only needed an oil change but the dealer also recommended a fuel system cleaning, which I accepted. The problem is that I was there for 4 1/2 hours, much too long. I will use my regular mechanic for routine service in the future

The Manager Robert was excellent as was...
The Manager Robert was excellent as was Vivian. I went in late afternoon on a Friday with a couple of warranty problems, expecting to make an appointment for the following week. They fixed both problems on the spot in less than one hour and found a recall item that needed fixing. I wasted no time and did not have to come back. EXCELLENT technicians and service! Unlike my poor experience at Power Toyota. My free oil change took 3 hours and I won't go back.
