Since the first step into the dealership all the staff was welcome. My sales Clarissa was amazing. Very knowledgable and went out of her way to accommodate. I never felt pressured. Once I selected the vehicle it was a smooth process. I drove out of there with a huge smile.

Paid for diagnostic on vehicle. Got a second opinion from another shop. Cost half of what they wanted for repair

You guys didn’t fix anything and completely ignored my concerns. Nothing works it was a fake fix. I’m taking it elsewhere

Asked them to check my brakes & they didn’t tell me anything about them. Just changed the oil & sent me on my way. Also wanted to change my headlight & she told me its very expensive just do it myself. Not very helpful here

Stephanie the service advisor is great. She is always helpful however, there is always an issue with quality control. They just fixed a button behind my steering wheel and now I hear a scratching sound every time I turn the wheel. Now I need to call them, take time to drive out there, sit there for hours or have my wife pick me up when she has time, then we have to come back to get my car. The amount of wasted time for my the client and them to fix something someone could have check is beyond me how this happens almost 100% of the time I go there.

My experience is always good when I have my vehicle serviced. My concern is having my car under a warranty I thought was to prevent me from having to pay for parts and service during a routine maintenance check if needed, because in my last two visits, I've at least (1,100) dollars. I've spoken with the service representative, about it and did not get a clear answer, as to why I am paying for parts, that are covered in my warranty. can you please provide me an answer.

Not much to say! I went to the dealership for routine maintenance and oil change. I waited for the job to be completed then drove home. I am a long term user of the Cerritos Dealership.

Needed my fluids topped off, namely wiper fluid, it was empty. I was told they’d fill it. The receipt says they filled it. Not touched at all, got home and it’s still completely empty. Should I trust that anything on that receipt was done now? I don’t think I trust things were done like it says they were done now.

the service department doesn't communicate very welll for one part i needed they told me theyd follow up with me in a week and 3 weeks later i called them and theyd had it for 10 days and right now im in middle of over a month long wait for a part i was tld would take 7 days, ive left mesages for anthony and no response- very frustrating

The advisor was great but they refused to fix the problem and claimed it’s a normal issue. If the truck made this sound when new I wouldn’t have bought it. Very disappointing that gmc doesn’t stand behind their vehicles, parts, or service.

Michael Mu outdid himself when I addressed to him some concerns I had about some parts of my car been loose. Without hesitation and excuses, he order replacements for it. Oil change was amazing. We had some inconveniences while doing it. My cargo box was damaged but he offered to replace it, or reimburse the amount I spend on the item. Overall, this is my first time having a good experience with one of your employees since I got my car in 2023. Hope to see Michael again every time I go to my service appointments.

My service advisor Michael Mu kept me informed of the service that was being done on my vehicle. All went well.

I will never be back to Penske Buick. I came for the first oil change for my Buick that has 4200 miles on it, brand new. There were no cars waiting for service, but four (!) representatives in booths. Nobody walked to my car in the first 5 minutes, so I walked to the booths trying to get someone's attention. For the next 10 minutes I was waving my arms, walking from booth to booth, asking for help. Each of the four representatives looked at me, through me, and ignored me. I went to the service area twice, only to be told to go back to the booths where I was ignored, again. At some point Stephanie Villegas walked out of the booth. She is the rudest person that I have ever met. She actually reprimanded me for being late for the appointment, though I wasn't - I spent 15 minutes trying to get her attention. Then she made fun of my Russian accent, imitated it, laughed at me, used patronizing and demeaning language. It went only worse from there, for which there is not enough space to type here. Hour and a half later, with the help of the manager, who actually stood in the service area and supervised the oil change, I got my car back. Never will I be back to this location to be humiliated and made fun of.

This experience was better vs the previous service. There were suggestions of additional work to help extend the life of the truck. When I am met with the same Penske Service person at my arrival I know it will be a great experience.

I had a bad experience with the dealership maintenance department upon arriving at the dealership I explained that my starter was not working in my car and I was charged $260 for telling the dealership. What was wrong with my vehicle? I feel like it's a very unadvantaged situation to have to pay $260 which result in a $1,600. If I would wanted to get my vehicle fixed GMC that is straight robbery. The part itself only cost $199. I don't see where the other $1,400 going to but okay I would not recommend anyone there based on because time is hard on people's and their prices are very outrageous. I asked asked the person to checked my car in about the price matching deals that GMC had. She told me they do not have such a thing but yet I read it across one of the monitors as I wait an hour to be serviced and yet I did not receive my vehicle back until 48 hours later very unsatisfied

Anthony was very professional and informative, as a loyal & high paying customer I feel I should have received a discount on my 3K bill. 100$ was discounted (3% off bill) which I accepted but feel it wasn't enough as I usually get a 10% off coupon which stopped arriving in my inbox. I was given the Penske discount for rental car which was nice, but if your repairs are over a certain amount also feel like that could be a loyal customer courtesy. Anthony was awesome, I just feel like the customer appreciation has diminished over the years esp for those of us who hold onto their Buicks.

I brought my 2025 GMC 2500 HD Denali and to get a front end alignment because it’s pulling to the right service department had a vehicle for two days. I received a vehicle back and it had not been touched although my receipt claim that it had been serviced and at the Tow was out of line, and the steering wheel was straightened out, but the vehicle was exactly the same way. It was when I dropped it off still pulling to the right and the steering wheel still a little bit off, I I am a certified ASE automotive master mechanic I have been an instructor for the automotive program. I have 35 years in the automotive and diesel industry. I know the difference between creative writing and real service.

I have been conducting business with GMC Cerritos forever! I need to compliment the entire team in the service center for all their outstanding personallization and outstanding work!

Following a flat tire that was replaced by AAA, I made an appointment to check why my tire failed and also asked to have my fluid checked. The Technician was very professional! The representative told me that my tires were several years old and showed deterioration . I left my car at the dealership over night because tires had to be ordered and were not on site. The next day, I was informed that I needed to repair my transmission and had an oil leak. My decision was to address those needed repairs at another time.

Schedule for service was great and easy, costumer service at the time I arrive was great, waiting time was longer but it was manageable because there is a place where you can wait that makes it fun, just at the time my car it was done with the service no one let me know about it, a selles person was the one he told about my car because he saw it outside and we where talking at that moment, and I received a notification like 30 minutes later that my car was done.

Time taken for my service was outstanding, very short time and I got my truck sooner than expected. You do not have a wash rack which Dodge always had and was great to get your truck back clean.

I had a 1:00pm appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by one of your service rep's, they were friendly and took my truck back right away. I waited while they did the work, I was told it would take 2 hours and the work completed on time.

No matter what I do, I can’t stop your emails. I didn’t buy a car from you. Some idiot doesn’t know their email address and used mine. Please remove me from your list.

My Service Advisor was Albert Valencia, I try to go to Albert whenever I bring my car in for service because he always welcomes me, listens to my concerns, and sees to it that everything is taken care of. If he finds something that I wasn't aware of he calls me and lets me know what the problem is, why I didn't notice it, and what the cost will be. Albert also returns my vehicle as soon as he can.

I’ve always had a great experience at Penske Service centers.

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and I paid for the inspection for leaks. The mechanic signs off my report stating there are NO leaks and everything is checked off green and then I start having leaks. I take my truck back and the mechanic says that I have a leak in my oil pan, valve covers and transmission cooling line (SMH). This just makes me think that the dealer mechanics are trying to make money. I am planning on fixing the leaks but I should get a good discounted price on it since they said there were no leaks before. The service that they did do on my truck was a good job.

I had to keep taking my truck back for oil leaks. That their mechanic was supposed to fix. They would have my truck one day and it would leak the next day then I have to bring my truck back. They would say that they fixed all the oil leaks they come to find out there were bad gaskets. I feel that their mechanics need to do a better job when inspecting vehicles.
