I brought my Hummer in due to a puncture in my rear passenger tire. I have the tire package, which is supposed to cover a replacement, but they only patched it up instead. Additionally, they don’t offer drop-off or pickup services for customers, so I had to arrange my own tow truck to get my vehicle to the dealer and book an Uber to pick it up. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed they had performed a system update and addressed some recalls. However, my car felt different—the alignment was completely off, and my Super Cruise function wasn’t working properly. Now, I have to waste another two days bringing it back in again to fix these new issues.

Waiting for over two hours for an oil and filter change and a routine inspection is excessive and very poor service. What is the point of making an appointment if somebody has to wait that long? The service rep told me it would be 60-90 minutes, and when I arrived back at the dealership after 90 minutes, I found my car parked in the east parking lot and could not locate my service rep. Apparently he was at lunch, and the work on my car was completed. What’s wrong with that picture? Why should customers wait while an employee is at lunch? Can’t service appointments and employee breaks be coordinated so that cars with completed work are available? Fortunately, there was another service rep who was kind enough to assist me - after he took care of three of his own customers and after he was able to find the keys to my car. That was another 30 minute wait. I only went to this dealership for service because it is close to the shopping center. Next time, I’ll think twice about how much Penske thinks about my valuable time.

Saturday, April 12th, I dropped off my truck for service and I left my sunglasses in there expecting them to be there later on. I picked up my truck the same day. The following say, I was wondering where my sunglasses were. I came up with the assumption that the workers probably accidentally took them. I called customer service and transferred me to talk to the manager. The manager never answered and I called multiple times. I still don't have my sunglasses till this day. I don't want the dealer to pay for my glasses, all I want is for them to be careful. This is the first time this ever happened in the 10 years I've been coming to this dealer. I don't want this to happen to other customers.

The sales person Anthony Aguilar was excellent. He was very kind and informative and was not pushy at all. I noticed though on the sales form that the salesperson written on there was a Camille Soto so I asked him about it. He said that since I communicated with Camille the day before regarding a 2022 GMC terrain used vehicle that they have in stock. I told her that I can come in the following day after I spoke with her to look at the vehicle and she said that she will not be there that day, but she will endorse me to somebody else. Before I went to the dealership, I called there, and Tony was the one who spoke with me on the phone. He pointed out that since the 22 terrain did not have a roof rack that I thought I absolutely wanted for a vehicle, he told me about a couple of brand new 2024 models they have in stock that he said was marked down quite a bit. That was the reason why we went to that dealership after I have been to another dealership, looking at some of their used SUV in the category that I was looking for. I truly recommend that Tony gets all the credit for the sale. Like I said he was very nice, even though there were some mishaps with our experience there at the dealership, I still think I had a really good experience buying my vehicle from there.

Very unimpressed with the service writers. Every time I go there I feel like a 3rd class citizen while waiting to get checked in and waiting for return calls. No since of urgency and don’t get called back for several hrs. I honestly feel like they don’t care about the customers dropping off their vehicles. And to top it off. I go to pick up my truck and get handed a bill, not only when I dropped it off said I got the service contract but he looked it up. Yet still a bill till I told him again I had the service contract. Just another reason I feel like they don’t care about their customers undecided if I’ll be taking my truck there for service anymore.

Stephanie the service advisor is great. She is always helpful however, there is always an issue with quality control. They just fixed a button behind my steering wheel and now I hear a scratching sound every time I turn the wheel. Now I need to call them, take time to drive out there, sit there for hours or have my wife pick me up when she has time, then we have to come back to get my car. The amount of wasted time for my the client and them to fix something someone could have check is beyond me how this happens almost 100% of the time I go there.

The advisor was great but they refused to fix the problem and claimed it’s a normal issue. If the truck made this sound when new I wouldn’t have bought it. Very disappointing that gmc doesn’t stand behind their vehicles, parts, or service.

Michael Mu outdid himself when I addressed to him some concerns I had about some parts of my car been loose. Without hesitation and excuses, he order replacements for it. Oil change was amazing. We had some inconveniences while doing it. My cargo box was damaged but he offered to replace it, or reimburse the amount I spend on the item. Overall, this is my first time having a good experience with one of your employees since I got my car in 2023. Hope to see Michael again every time I go to my service appointments.

Should I trust that anything on that receipt was done now? I don’t think I trust things were done like it says they were done now.

My experience is always good when I have my vehicle serviced. My concern is having my car under a warranty I thought was to prevent me from having to pay for parts and service during a routine maintenance check if needed, because in my last two visits, I've at least (1,100) dollars. I've spoken with the service representative, about it and did not get a clear answer, as to why I am paying for parts, that are covered in my warranty. can you please provide me an answer.
